Medical Practice Manager Chicago IL

Successful team focused medical practice looking for a Practice Manager to manage daily operations, oversee 6 locations (North Side, Oak Park, Beverly Park, Jackson Park, Midway, South Holland) and monitor activities of all staff.
Responsibilities include; but not limited to:
Coordinate all activities of all offices. Visit each office regularly to observe and monitor workflow.
Oversee each location staff scheduling and coverage to ensure all locations are staffed properly.
Review, Revise and Implement current practice personnel policies and procedures.
Conduct regular staff meetings, mandatory for all employees. Prepare written agenda in advance, soliciting input from all management and staff regarding problematic work-related issues. Use this meeting to brainstorm with staff to find solutions to problems, convey these possible changes to management, and implement them per his/her authorization. Prepare minutes and distribute to all staff and management, keeping a copy in practice files for future reference.
Interview, hire and implement training for staff
Discipline staff according to provisions in the Employee Policies. Terminate employment as required after consultation with corporate officers.
Assist supervisors with staff evaluations promptly. In the absence of supervisors, performs all staff evaluations promptly. Make recommendations to management regarding salary adjustments, disciplinary measures, etc.
Oversee and monitor the implementation of OSHA policies, including staff education and follow-up.
Maintain providers schedules and other issues as directed by management.
Review agreements; discuss with management the most effective methods of implementation.
Monitor overall success of practice including finance, operations, systems, and personnel.
Initiate suggestions for change to management as necessary.
Initiate and participate in quarterly meetings with management, preparing a written agenda in advance. Print and distribute appropriate practice information (including financial reports as directed by practice advisor or management) for review and discussion. Carry out any directives of management that may arise from these meetings.
Oversee all billing functions and collections. Assist billing in issues as needed.
In Office position, travel to all locations required
